1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between abd99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the abd99 website at abd99.app, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, promotional services, and payment transactions.

By completing the registration process and creating an abd99 account, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or use any abd99 service.

abd99 operates this platform as an online gaming and sports betting service. Access to and use of the platform is subject to compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. abd99 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

abd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice to individual users. The revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication at abd99.app/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

1.2 Language of Agreement

This Agreement is written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation or interpretation of this document in another language, the English-language version shall be the definitive and binding version.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The abd99 platform is operated exclusively for the entertainment of adults. Access to and participation in any abd99 service is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of abd99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are acting in your personal, non-commercial capacity and not for any business, syndicate, or cooperative wagering operation.

2.1 Age Verification

abd99 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All new accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which includes confirmation of date of birth against a valid government-issued identity document such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Accounts that cannot complete age verification will be restricted until documentation is provided. Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

abd99 targets players resident in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability. abd99 does not represent that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. 3. Account Registration & Security

To access abd99's paid gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details. You are required to keep this information current and to notify abd99 promptly of any changes.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered abd99 account. Creating or operating more than one account — whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, abd99 will close all associated accounts, void any pending or unsettled wagers, and forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money deposits may be returned at abd99's discretion following a compliance review.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abd99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated login tools or password managers that may store credentials in an insecure manner. abd99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify abd99 support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. abd99 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure while the security review is conducted.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

abd99 operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Required documents may include a National Identity Card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by abd99 may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the abd99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abd99 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently. abd99 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment service providers.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

abd99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction. abd99 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, including applying enhanced due-diligence limits for accounts under compliance review.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 4 hours for approved bKash and Nagad transactions during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC completion and compliance checks prior to processing. abd99 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

In line with anti-money laundering obligations, abd99 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Requests to withdraw to a different method or account than the deposit source will require additional verification and may be declined.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

abd99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is published, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the abd99 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, subject to a minimum deposit threshold as stated in the promotion details. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met in full, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering progress is tracked within your account dashboard. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering completion — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

abd99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, making low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, using hedging strategies across multiple markets, and exploiting technical errors or system glitches to generate illegitimate balances. Where bonus abuse is identified, abd99 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and retain any deposited funds pending a compliance review.

5.4 Promotion Availability and Changes

abd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are available only while stocks or budgets last, and abd99 bears no obligation to maintain any specific offer indefinitely. Players are responsible for checking the current terms of any promotion before opting in.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

abd99 offers games developed and certified by internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on abd99, you accept the rules of that game as published by its provider.

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on abd99 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the abd99 platform.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

abd99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where continued account operation poses a risk to the platform, other users, or regulatory compliance.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your abd99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, abd99 will process any pending withdrawal of verified real-money funds (i.e., funds not derived from uncleared bonus balances) within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (1 week, 1 month, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. 7.3 Closure Due to Breach

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraud, underage gambling, duplicate accounts, or prohibited conduct — abd99 reserves the right to void all pending bets and unsettled wagers, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending the outcome of an internal review. Where criminal conduct is suspected, abd99 may report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abd99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the abd99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider issues.

8.1 Platform Availability

abd99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure issues may occasionally result in temporary service unavailability. abd99 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will publish advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. abd99 shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of planned or unplanned platform downtime.

8.2 Third-Party Services

The abd99 platform integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. abd99 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content or service. Any dispute arising directly from a third-party provider's service (e.g., a game provider's platform error) must be raised with that provider directly, though abd99 will use reasonable efforts to assist in facilitating resolution.

8.3 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. abd99 makes no guarantee that you will win any bet or game played on the platform. abd99 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gaming activity responsibly. abd99 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — to assist players who wish to manage their activity.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless abd99, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
